About the firm

An independent review firm for overseas investors.

We combine international business analysis, real estate review, document investigation and cross-border professional coordination to help investors understand overseas opportunities and problems.

What independence means

Independence is not a slogan. It is a business model.

We do not sell the property being reviewed. We do not receive a commission if you invest. Our role is to examine the opportunity or situation from the investor's perspective.

Where a matter requires legal representation, we help coordinate with qualified independent attorneys in the relevant jurisdiction. We are not a law firm and do not provide regulated investment advice.

Our values

Six principles that shape every assignment.

Independence

We do not sell the investment being reviewed and do not receive commissions from promoters, brokers or developers.

Confidentiality

Inquiries, documents and identities are treated with care and used only for the review commissioned.

Clarity

Our reports are written in plain language and separate what has been verified from what has not.

Evidence

Findings are based on documents, registry data, cross-references and independent professional input — not assumption.

Proportionality

We first consider whether the cost of further investigation or action is proportionate to the amount at risk.

International coordination

We work with independent local professionals in the relevant jurisdiction whenever a matter requires them.

U.S. Real Estate Review & Investor Guidance

Israeli-American, civil engineering graduate of the Technion, with more than 20 years of experience analysing real estate markets across the United States.

I do not market properties, broker deals or receive commissions from real estate sales. My role is to represent the investor's interest alone.

Focus

  • Independent due diligence for Israeli investors in U.S. real estate
  • End-to-end accompaniment from idea through closing
  • Market, title, demographic and transaction-cost analysis
  • Risk identification and plain-language investor reporting
Lead Partner

Independent guidance and due diligence for Israeli investors in U.S. real estate.

Investing in U.S. real estate can be one of the most important financial decisions you make. It should be based on data, professional verification and deep market understanding — not on marketing promises.

I accompany investors from the initial idea through closing, conducting comprehensive due diligence to provide a true, objective, data-based picture.

My goal is simple: to give you reliable, professional and objective information so you can invest with confidence. True accompaniment means walking with the client, hand in hand, throughout the process — answering questions, identifying risks, checking every detail, and ensuring every decision is made from full understanding, not pressure or marketing.

European & Latin American Markets · Fund Audit & Investor Review

Economist by training, with many years as a manager and auditor of real estate investment funds across the world — from Europe and Latin America to extensive hands-on experience in the United States.

I do not market properties, broker deals or receive commissions from investment sales. My role is to examine each opportunity from the investor's side alone.

Focus

  • Independent review of European and Latin American real estate funds
  • Fund structure, financial-statement and audit-level analysis
  • Cross-border transaction and valuation review
  • Multilingual investor support in five languages
Lead Partner

Independent fund review and audit-level diligence across Europe and Latin America.

Real estate funds are presented through polished decks and confident projections. What matters is what sits underneath: the structure, the numbers, the audited reality — not the marketing.

With an economist's background and years auditing and managing real estate funds internationally, I read an opportunity the way a fund's own auditor would — line by line, assumption by assumption.

Working across borders means working across languages. I support investors in five languages, so nothing is lost in translation — every question answered, every risk named, every decision made from full understanding rather than pressure or presentation.
