No. We do not recommend specific investments and we do not sell any. Our role is to independently review an opportunity or situation and to explain what we find. Any decision to invest, exit or take further action remains yours.

Are you a real estate broker?

No. We do not act as a broker, do not represent developers or promoters, and do not receive commissions if you invest. Our fees are agreed with you in advance.

No. We are not a law firm and we do not replace licensed counsel. Where legal representation is required, we help coordinate with qualified independent attorneys in the relevant jurisdiction.

Can you guarantee that my money will be recovered?

No. Anyone who guarantees the recovery of overseas investment funds should be treated with caution. Our first objective is to establish the facts, determine what options may still exist, and help you avoid losing additional time or money.

Can you investigate an investment in any country?

In principle we work internationally, most often on matters connected to the United States, Canada, Western and Eastern Europe and Latin America. Some jurisdictions require additional local coordination; we confirm capability at intake.

What documents do you need?

As much as you have: marketing materials, contracts, subscription and shareholder agreements, payment records, correspondence, projections, title, corporate records, appraisals, management agreements, guarantees and loan documents. If you do not have something, tell us — missing documents are themselves a finding.

Can you review documents in different languages?

Yes, in the main working languages of the relevant markets. Documents in less common languages may involve certified translation, agreed with you in advance.

Can you help if I invested through an Israeli company?

Yes. We regularly review investments that were marketed in Israel through Israeli intermediaries into projects abroad. The Israeli marketing chain is itself part of the picture we examine.

What if the property or company is located in the United States?

Accepted Answer

The United States is our most frequent jurisdiction. Property records, corporate registrations and lending are searchable at state and county level, and we coordinate with independent local professionals where needed.

What if I am not sure that fraud occurred?

That is common — and it is exactly why an independent review is useful. Many matters turn out to be underperformance, mismanagement or contractual breach rather than fraud. The first stage is an objective factual assessment.

Yes, provided there is no conflict between the investors and everyone consents in writing. Coordinated review across investors often produces a fuller picture than any individual review can.

This is not a question we answer in general. Stopping or continuing payments has contractual and legal consequences that depend on the specific agreements you have signed and the applicable jurisdiction. We help you understand those consequences before you decide.

Earlier is almost always better. Options that are available in the first weeks after a problem emerges often narrow considerably over time, particularly if the promoter has moved assets or stopped communicating.

We agree the scope in writing and quote a fixed fee based on the country, the investment type and the documents available. We do not begin work before the scope and fee are confirmed.

We do not act as a broker, but we can assess whether an exit, transfer, resale or buyback is realistically available under your contracts and coordinate with the appropriate professionals where it is.

After the initial assessment we either (a) confirm the scope of a full review with you, (b) suggest a more limited step such as targeted document analysis or a conversation with local counsel, or (c) tell you honestly that further work is unlikely to be economically proportionate.
