Something does not feel right with your overseas investment?

Seeking an independent review is not an admission that you made a mistake. It is a practical step to protect your position — and most people who reach out wish they had done so sooner.

Delays, missing payments, changing explanations and incomplete information should be examined early — not ignored. The first stage is always an independent factual assessment.

Please note: we do not promise that every investment can be recovered. Our first objective is to establish the facts, determine what options may still exist, and help you avoid losing additional time or money.

Self-identification

Which of these describes your situation?

If one or more of the following apply, an independent review is worth requesting now.

  • I am no longer receiving the promised payments.
  • Construction or delivery is delayed.
  • I cannot obtain clear documents.
  • The company is requesting additional money.
  • I cannot confirm ownership of the property.
  • I believe the asset was overpriced.
  • The contract does not reflect what I was told.
  • I want to exit but do not understand my options.
  • Other investors are reporting similar problems.
  • The promoter has stopped responding.
  • I suspect that information was concealed.
  • I am not sure whether this is fraud, poor management or simply a bad investment.
Three common situations

Not every problem is fraud. Not every underperforming investment is unrecoverable.

Situation 1

You suspect fraud or serious misconduct

Payments have stopped, promised income has not been received, the property was not delivered, the developer has stopped responding, reports appear inconsistent, or the contract does not match the marketing promises.

Situation 2

The investment is underperforming, but fraud is not clear

Returns are below projections, costs are higher than expected, the property is difficult to rent, the management company is ineffective, or construction is delayed. The project may still be viable — but you want an objective view before further payments.

Situation 3

You want to exit before the situation deteriorates

You have lost confidence and wish to sell contractual rights or shares, withdraw early, or negotiate a settlement, resale, transfer or buyback. You want to compare the cost of remaining in the investment with the cost of exiting.

Do not wait until communication stops completely.

An early independent review may preserve options that later disappear.
